Excellent service!

My experience with Poundwise wasn’t good. It couldn’t be good because it was EXCELLENT! Exceeded all my expectations since the first call till the time that I was signing the final papers of my house and getting the keys.

The team is completely responsive and customer driven, providing important and wise information about all the required steps. Definitely, without them I would be lost in the process. My special BIG Thank You to Ben Clermonts and Ursula Cordilia that supported me with everything that was required, allowing me to focus on whats matter to me: to have the perfect house and with the right price ! Thanks to them now I became a house owner !

Poundwise bekijkt een financieel advies op basis van de situatie van de klant en niet op basis van een bepaald productenpakket. Na eerst op het verkeerde been gezet te zijn bij een bank, hebben wij later een prima hypotheek-aanbod van diezelfde bank gekregen via Poundwise. De gesprekken verliepen verder informeel en prettig!

I am very grateful to Glenn Rack, at Poundwise, who has supported me through a much needed mortgage change and has been very patient and understanding in explaining everything to me. Beste Chris en Glenn. Het bezoek aan de notaris maandag jl. was het sluitstuk van mijn verzoek een hypotheek, met mijn huis als onderpand, te realiseren. Zowel de uitkomst als  de snelheid waarmee het resultaat tot stand is gekomen verdient mijn lof en hartelijke dank.
